Thor D Hjaltason and his team were hired by the City Council in preparation for the College Winter Olympics taking place in the city of Krasnoyarsk Siberia 2018.  The Challenge was to provide comprehensive LED lighting plan, budgets, 3D animation models for these important landmarks. Further to provide LED lighting sources, samples and training.
